We use 'PayPal for Business' to process credit card payments.

PayPal is a trusted leader in online payments, enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. At the time of writing PayPal had over 110 million member accounts across the globe. PayPal is accepted by merchants everywhere, both on and off eBay.

When we use PayPal for Business we never see your credit card or financial details. If you ask us to store your financial details by other methods (i.e. phone ordering), we will do this securely. Your address/email is only used to supply goods and any notifications relating to the products or services you purchased.

What Paypal say about their systems:

"PayPal delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. After more than a decade as a leader in online payments, we've learned a thing or two about keeping your information safer. Whether you’re buying, selling, or transferring money, you get an extra layer of security when you use PayPal. That’s because all your financial information (like your bank account details and your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on our servers. So you don’t need to share your financial information with the person receiving or sending the money and expose your details online or in public.

In addition, your transactions are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by a dedicated team of security specialists whose sole purpose is to identify suspicious activity and help protect you from fraudulent transactions. If a transaction doesn’t go as planned, or you’re worried about anything at all, like fraud or phishing, it’s easy for you to report issues and get help".
